Basic Connection

For operators who want to cost-efficiently provide partner RUs with transport data and are content to access partner wagon information via Xrail GUI – skipping any IT integration effort.

You provide:

Access to existing sector data of your RU, like electronic consignment notes (ECN), wagon status messages (ISR), train running information (TIS) and border-crossing train planning data.

You receive:

  • Automated wagon ETI / ETA information sharing with partner carriers and entitled third parties – based on Xrail forecast 
  • Manual access to partner wagon ETI / ETA and Track & Trace information via the Xrail GUI

Low-level integration

Plus Connection

For operators who want wagon-level information directly inside their own systems and are capable to share selected operational information with Xrail for enhanced forecasting.

You provide:

Same as for the stand-alone solution, plus a basic integration endpoint in your IT landscape so that you can receive push information automatically and share selected transport information with us.

You receive:

Full integration

Capacity Booking

For RUs running a capacity-booked network and being ready for a full Xrail integration, comprising seamless international bookings to/from partner RUs as well as complete wagon-level transparency. 

You provide:

A proper interface between your own, domestic capacity booking system and the Xrail broker for an automated, bi-directional message exchange, leveraging RU-calculated trip-plans.
